Recovering from the flu, ten pounds of egg nog consumed over the last few weeks, snow and ice everywhere and I'm running out of cartilage.

I don't care.

July 11th is D-Day, we ascend three large triangles in Colorado and training started today at 9pm EST; Star Wars Clone Wars (cartoon) is on and I'm watching it with the nephews. I registered ten minutes ago and now the three of us focus on Jedi stuff.

I'm in baby and it will be a grand time. Riding with Viper will be the highlight of 2009. I can't believe that over 3k of riders have signed up in less that 2 days. Let's have a forum gathering during the weekend.

There's always Copper Triangle on August 1 if you want to ride in the Rockies.

Hopefully that will be Forum Gathering CO version 2.0

i like the copper triangle ...no shuttle required and easy to self support

I live a mile from the start - this year will be number 7 for me...

Let me know if you need any help with plans.

Keep in touch as the time gets closer - maybe we can connect for a "pre-triple" warm up ride.

Not unfreindly at all.

I'm just the guy who tries to get as many forumites together as possible when doing rides in new areas.

It's fun to put faces and real names to screen names.

Hopefully this year we can do some more of that.

I'm in. I will be riding for team "Champions for Children" again. They (we) raised $100k for the Rocky Mountain Childrens Law Center last year. I only wish I could train with the team, instead of here at sea level :( .
