Greetings and Happy New Year kind forum folks...

HED must be dodging my emails because I've sent five in the last month with no response. So here my situation...

I have a HED Alps wheel from about 2001 which has a shimano freehub and a shimano 9-speed cassette. Two questions:

1. Where can I find a 10-speed Campagnolo freehub to fit this wheel?

2. Can I just throw a DA 10-speed cassette on the current freehub and make it work with an incoming Chorus group?

Thanks in advance!

Floyd

PM me and I will give you the who, what, when, where, etc. on contacting HED.

I manage to speak to people every time I call. They are a little slow at times on e-mail.

From my experience with HED ALPS, you should be able to buy a Campy hub as long as the ALPS wheels set is their newer style hub. I believe that the way to tell is if it has a small HED logo on it.
