Seat post size for a Pegoretti Luigino?

Anybody know what the seatpost size is for an early Luigino? This is the light blue one with the gold pinstripes and non-twinplate fork. I thought it was 27.2, but the 27.2 post seems too big - maybe 27.0 or 26.8?

How early? The current Luigino is a 27.2mm according to Competitive Cyclist.

27.2. If the frame hasn't been fully prepped have a mechanic who knows what he os she is doing and prep the frame including ream the seat-tube for 27.2 then you should be fine. - Matt
