I have a couple of those little metal (die cast?) cycling miniatures of the sort WorldCycling.com used to sell. About 2" x 2" - nice little Christmas gifts for some fellow riders. But I can't seem to find any more - apparently they're out of production, everywhere? Any suggestions?

Hmm...I looked up "Cycliste" on eBay France, and all I could find was this:

These are the sort of thing I'm looking for:

Of course they only ship to Europe and besides, if I owned that set... well they're way too cool to give away!

Didn't World Cycling Productions, at least at one time, carry the little miniature bicycling figures with the yellow, green etc. jerseys?

The French company Norev, norev.com, makes several sets of the miniatures that have been available through World Cyling Productions.

I was recently in France and in one shop that sells model kits, trains and diecast auto minatures they had a wide selection of minature cyclists. Some of the Norev sets and a bunch that were generic that could be hand painted to what ever team your heart desired. I do not remember the price, however.

I would check with a local model train store to see if they have any or they may know who would. Good luck.

Maybe a good hobby shop would have a vendor's catalog with cycling miniatures available.
