I have tried to call, left my number, and no answer. Is this a joke or do they really exist?

We ordered a small item from them last winter.

Took some time to get the item and communication was poor. I still get emails from them but have not ordered anything from them since.

1). They sound sketchy.
2). Send them an email, tell them you know Lion-O and the power of Grayskull compels them to ship your products in time for Christmas.
3). Don't buy from them again, there are so many other online stores with great customer service. I just had a nice encounters with Bikeman.com, Universalcycles.com, worldcycling.com and benscycling.net. Nashbar and Jenson have tons of stuff too.
