I've got to wrap some bars this weekend and I can never do it quite as well as I would like. Can anyone recommend a website, or maybe a YouTube video that might help me? Tips?

THANKS
:)

I think the rest is just practice.

Tom gives really good advice. If you need a person to talk to, send me a PM and I can put you in contact with my wife. She wraps most of Too Tall's bikes. When bike ribbon was in vogue, she used to do a snakeskin weave and also a box weave. Both were quite stunning to look at.

Cool - Thanks for the help. BTW, here is a photo of the Bridgestone project I am just finishing and need to get the bars wrapped.

Well, that didn't work. See, wrapping bars isn't my only shortcoming! :)

I second Blue Jays' suggestion. My only modification is, I don't separate the tape into two sections at the brake lever mounting band. Otherwise, Tom Kellogg's method is the best because NO ONE makes attractive end tapes.

Here's my job:

If you superglue the tape to the bars/levers, how easy is it to clean up for the next tape job?

Instead of superglue, try tubular glue on the brake levers. That can be removed rather easily.

I like that idea

Fingernail polish remover should do the trick.
