I really want to walk into a bar, cause a commotion, and show my Sheriff Serotta Sandy badge, and simply say:

Sandy, have your wife rent you an inflatable ball pit, ie., a "bounce funhouse". These do wonders for the cold weather anxiety/restlessness that can cause this type of hyper active brain activity at this time of year. The "Barney" style ball pits are best, and if there are any children in your neighborhood they can join in the fun, but give them their own time segment, you don't want to land on one by mistake. All you need is a flat, level lawn and a loose fitting sweatsuit. And don't forget to stretch first. ;)
