i just did the live.com cashback just now for an ebay transaction and instead of waiting 60 days, i got it immediately after my payment. looks like previous transactions will still have the 60 day wait though.

Since you have to purchase through Paypal and the $$$ is refunded through Paypal, I am sure they will give you back the "difference"...

In other words, you buy something for $150.00. You pay Paypal the $150.00, you then get an immediate $45.00 rebate back to your Paypal account (its at 30% now)...

When you get the refund, I am sure it will be for the $105.00 amount...
