A black one would have matched the headset on my white Pinarello.
CK is supposed to have his own tool for the install too.

So are these also compatible with new Campy cranks? Man that green is ugly. :beer:

No on the Campy front. The King BBs are for the Shimano HT2 outboard system and those just like it.

I have two of them, neither of them mounted. I'll be putting on the first one this week with a Dura Ace crank, and will certainly post about it.
Just fondling it, it's a nice, solid bottom bracket, although I could say the same about the Shimano BB it's replacing. My chief concern is the possibility of scarring it during installation.

three 2 installed did not mar the ano. I also just got the new Phil Wood EBB which is very nice also and a little cheaper than the King but it probably weighs twice as much, it is a tank!!
