Red Ceramic BB

So I'm looking at the new Red build kit for my new bike. I notice that the instructions for the Blackbox ceramic BB say that it needs to be maintained every 100 miles. This true?

I'm tempted to put it on and ride it till it croaks. Part of the problem is that I'm too lazy to put it up on ebay, but I'm leaning toward that as well and getting the Force-level BB (or several of them for the price of the Red!).

As I recall the instructions say 100 HOURS not miles. I could be wrong but that's a lot of miles.

It better not be miles or I'm WAY past the maintenance interval for mine.

I just double checked the instructions--it's HOURS (dry conditions).
