Looks very much like a silver version of the OnOne Fleegle bar.

The Jitensha bar has more sweep and the center section is wider in ratio to the total width.

And the Fleegle is a heck of a lot wider.

The Jitensha bar is more like a road bar than the other flat bars imho. It's an elegant copy of an old 3ttt design, and it really works. Well worth the slight upcharge. Also looks great with a quill stem.
