OT: PNW forumites recognize this artist?

My parents are moving and down sizing and are giving some things to us as they go. This particular Pen & Ink Illustration of Pike Place Market was probably purchased in the 70's sometime from the artist. I tried Googling the artists name but came up empty. I was just curious if the style or the name looked familiar to anyone.

I was reading the signature incorrectly. :crap: I believe she has a few more of his works/prints. This one isn't numbered. I wonder if that's what is under the sig in your Ebay link?
