Hey-- Does anybody have a Swallow that you'd like to sell?

I'd like to give one a try, but am not yet convinced enough to pony up for a new one.

Thanks, Chris

Wallbike has $$ back guarranty so there's no risk that you won't like it. There is a risk that you'll love and "need" to buy one for each of your bikes, though. :)

They are sweet and I'm anxious to try a Brooks Swallow on a "fast & fendered" steel racebike in my queue. Take a look here (http://www.wallbike.com/swallowclassic.html) for more decent Brooks photographs.

Talk to SoCalSteve, I think he buys them by the gross. :) :)

I do, too. I have 6 of them and love them each as children.

Of course, I bought mine before they became acceptable as trade items in shady backroom arms deals.

Buying at this point, not selling...

Just sayin'

I also have six of those gems.

I love them.

I suppose we could swap a favorite saddle and post from bike to bike couldn't we? I mean when we start considering $350 vs. $2,000+ it makes some sense, no?

You really don't understand how this works...

unfortunately the price just went up about 2 - 3 weeks ago. Between supply and exchange rates the consumer is taking it on the chin. Even proofide is out at some stores. I got the B17 Champion. I've got about 5 hours of saddle time and it's breaking in nicely.

Wallbike has the swallow and you can't beat the 6 month guarantee. I must admit I admire my saddle everytime I walk past it. Never did that with the SI or San Marco. Plus it looks fine sitting on a carbon bike.

Thanks, all. I'm going to buy one locally, and join the "cult of Swallow"...
