So, I was pulling my two kids home from swim class a couple of weeks ago. All of a sudden, the front end of 20 month old D'Lite trailer is dragging on the pavement. I stop and check trailer. The frame has snapped where the trailer tongue attaches to the trailer frame. Bummer. I call Burley. They kind of want receipt. I email them pics of break and serial number sticker with date of manufacture, and tell them I am looking for receipt. A few days later, I tell them that I can't find receipt. They send me a new frame anyway.
