Well, the missus says if something comes in, something must go out.

So... a couple of wheelsets up for sale.

The first is a set of Campagnolo Nucleon clinchers, 2002 vintage. Somewhere around 6000 or so miles. Round and true. Bulletproof wheels. Have had use, so not even close to perfect---see those rim scuffs (yes, mounting new tires on these is a challenge; not nearly as bad when changing flats in the field, so to speak  ). But in very good shape overall. No skewers. Have another pair, or I'd never sell these. Asking $250 and shipping.

Aah.. the second wheelset was an experiment that just didn't work out.
Nimble Fly rims mounted on Tune (front Mig 70, 24 hole, and rear Mag 190, 28 hole) hubs. Beautiful wheels, light as h*ll, roll forever. But it turns out I'm just not a carbon wheel guy. Too slow. Too worried about potholes and such. Too old. Not ready to back up what these imply when you've got 'em mounted on your bike. Pick at least 3 of those reasons... :D

So... literally less than 100 miles of use since I bought them from a Forum member last winter. The very low mile Conti 4000 tubies are included, but no skewers. Total mileage estimated at 1600 on wheels and 250 on tires. Campy freehub, but can be changed easily, so I've heard. Thinking $650 (which is half the August 2007 purchase price) and shipping.

Open to arranging buy-it-now deals on eBay if you would prefer.
