$20 per month from new tax act

I am planning to do a fun little presentation of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. Seems like since I still make my monthly mortgage payment, did not invest in either of the Fannie's, don't drink much Rum or own a race track the only thing I will get is perhaps $20 per month since I commute by bicycle.

So I thought I would bring in a few items that I can buy for $20. Here are a few items I plan to bring in. If you can think of some others let me know.

1/3 of a Michelin Pro Race tire (used of course)
1/3 of a chain
one red blinky
2-3 tubes
1/4 of a helmet
10 or so spokes
one SPD pedal

You may want to save the $20 for a bribe or paying the fine when the Goon Squad from the FED comes to get you for not riding your bike in for some reason or another one day.
