I also have a womens Pearl Izumi Zephrr 2 classic vest rain & wind vest. Brand new with tags, bought for my wife but she never used it. Size small, very yellow, from the Spring of 2001 (according to the tag on the side). Has the mesh on the lower half of the back, 1 small pocket inside the front. How about $22 shipped, to move it on?

Just to be clear on the size of the jacket, I am 6'2, 190#, and the jacket fits me rather snugly, though not uncomfortably so, at least while trying it on for a few minutes. It is definitely cut for the riding position. I wear a 42 long jacket. If I didn't have a couple other jackets and winter jerseys, I would keep this, as I am pretty sure that it would work with just a base layer (sizewise, that is).

The vest measures 19" under the pits, and 27" down the back, from the top of the collar to the bottom of the hem.
