which one would you choose?

used mostly for fast 1hr training rides and 4 corrner flat crits buy a guy who specializes in sprinting.

both with ultegra and open pro wheels.

Get the one that fits you the best. If they both fit, you can't go wrong with the CAAD9. Ever since Cannondale started sponsoring top pro teams in 1997, the geometry and design of their aluminum frames have evolved to be among the best in the business. I have two 'dales in the garage, a CAAD3 and a Six13 Team, both in the elusive size 57. If the CAAD9 was available in a 57, I would buy one in a heartbeat.

for 09 cannondale is offering the caad9 with a nice ultegra kit.

Definitely cdale....I've had several, and they're the best value frame on the market, IMO. Especially the cadd 8/9.....just about as good as an Al frame can be!

easy: the one you don't mind crashing, and secondarily the one that handles best diving thru corners, which is impossible to answer over internet, esp. without any other data
