Potential Buyer coming to look at my building today.

They're rare.

My life is in a holding pattern until this thing sells.

So any luck, mojo, wishes, voodoo, prayers, etc. ya'll can send this way would be appreciated.

Rest of story: Bought this building back when I had a wife in order to start a brand new business. Wife left, and I let the business flop as it was her love-not mine. Selling this thing will open new doors for my life. Well, the doors are cracked now-and I can see through. Need to get my head and shoulders through. Thanks fer listening. ;)

Woodbury, TN--population 2400. Next town over (13 miles) is Murfreesboro 200k in that county. Next town over is Nashville (53 miles) a city.

Building is way oversized for bike shop--good for small manufacturing or big retail or whatever. 125x60, 2 stories, steel on concrete. Offices and apartment. 5 acres on major highway. 6000sq ft shop area with 2000 elevated in the middle. call me now. :D

I'm down here running spiders out now. Thanks all-back to dust busting.

Dudes seemed pretty much into the place. Racecar fabrication guys. Agent was quite the young thing but that shouldn't be a problem. I'll float around on the feeling that an offer could be coming for a week or so.

Was born in Albuquerque. ;)

yo, i was able to get a 1-year lease out the buyer-to-be. he's moved in and rocking his biz...he'll be trying to buy it at the end of the lease.

so thanks, it worked kinda.
