Thanks for the beautiful pics!
What stuck me most about the pics was the breadth of gorgeous CNC'd bits..particularly the hubs and calipers...absolute works of industrial art.
It will be interesting to see if some of these make it to production at a pricepoint any of us can afford.

Fabulous - thanks! I have to admit to a deeply erotic reaction to the Phil Wood hubs.

My credit card would need to be chained to the desk in my hotel room after seeing that kind of stuff.

Well, I just got back from Interbike and it was pretty awesome! I took some pictures (mostly cyclocross bikes) that I will post later on tonight. One thing noticable was that the Trek brands were not there....weird.

BTW- where was Serotta? I did see Bruce Gordan there and the Toyo compnay from Japan that makes a lot of Rivendell's frames.

One of the coolest things was the cyclocross race on Wednesday night, that was the best race I've been too! Trebon from Kona won the men's elite...Lance Armstrong was there racing along with Tony Cruz, both finished together mid pack.

At the show I was able to meet a few of the riders, George Hincappie, Christian VandeVelde, Tyler Hamilton, Freddie Rodriguez, and Rasheed Bahati. Christian was BY FAR the nicest, most down to earth person there...he took a few minutes while signing my poster to talk about his daughters when he saw my wife and baby taking the pictures. His response was "real men have girls" (I guess his new one is a girl also) Tyler was actually really nice and laid back also, as were the other Rock guys. While George H. was approachable, he just didn't seem to want to be there (in the Hincappe booth). I also saw Jonathan Vaughters, but didn't bother him as he was talking at a dealer table with a couple other guys. (he was dressed very snappy though!)

I didn't catch the crit finals as I just didn't feel like fighting the crowd with my wife and baby stroller...

Wow! I was beginning to think the show was a bust after looking at the big web sites. Many of your photos really perked my interest. Thanks!
