Suggestions for valve extenders?

I have a large stockpile of Conti tubulars and a pair of 68mm. rims. Clearly something needs to give. Any suggestions for valve extenders?

Contitental repackages them. So does Vittoria.

You remove the valve core, screw in the extender, and reinsert the valve core.

None of this leaving the valve open inside a machined tube.

Way better solution.
