Serotta Seat Tube Collar

My Seat tube collar is messed up and I would like to get another one like came on bike. Looked in the online store but they don't offer them there. Can you get them from a Serotta dealer?

How big of a collar do you need? I might have a couple of new 35.5mm - 35.8mm ones kicking around. Not sure of brand, though.
