Best Bike Tour Company for France & Alps

I've been thinking about doing an organized tour next year with one of the Bike Tour companies in Europe. For Italy, Andy Hampsten's Cinghale Tours looks very good. So what's comparable to that for France and the Alps. Also, any company that incorporates riding with watching the TDF, particularly the stages in the Alps? TIA
