I enjoy the reviews by the folks at TestRider.com. Recently they reviewed Rapidade energy sports drink offered by Dedicated Athlete. Dedicated Athlete also makes the products Rapid Recharge and EP-NO.
Has anyone used these products enough to make some comments on their effectiveness, taste, safety, etc.?
Can you compare them to Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem, Heed, Recoverite, etc.?
I am just trying to keep up with my stronger friends and don't want to endanger my health by trying or using something that is not completely natural and safe.
