Yes, but with one caveat. If you run a cassette with an 11 tooth cog, you'll need to buy a different lockring, because the old 9-speed hubs took a slightly smaller lockring, and the lockrings supplied with 11-21, 11-23 and 11-25 10-speed cassettes are too big to screw into the hub. I think Lickbike.com still carries them, but any LBS can probably order one.
