Right binder bolt for Colorado TG?

I have a mid 1990s Colorado TG frame which is rigged with some hideous contraption holding the seat-post in place. I would like to put in a proper seat binder bolt but the problem is that most new binder bolts (e.g. Campy) are notched while the spot in the frame is not.

What is the right seat binder bolt for this frame? Any help is appreciated.
