help, break pads

Does anyone know where I might find old style Campy NR replacement pads, the square shaped pad inserts? I have some Mavic ceramic rims on my winter fixie, and need pad inserts that match the ceramic. The Cool-Stop green pads are the ones. Anyone know a source?
