I have to say: at his age Rebellin is still tough as nails. He's marking them all.
Isn't A. Schleck young enough to be his son?

the race ain't over till the dope tests are in.

I also would have liked to have seen Rebellin win.

I've always been a fan of the boys in orange, and so am quite happy with the result!

That was awesome. Sammy is one of my favorite riders and he clearly had the best legs. When he covered Schleck and Rebellin on the climb he did it easily. He really deserved it, rode smart and well. And hey, Rebellin can't compain about wheelsucking! But I would have loved to see a teamless Spartacus take it.

Who would have put money on "the little American" (Sherwen's words, not mine) to beat Valverde?

I suspect there will be some second guessing on team strategy in several camps over the next week.

I guess credit to the Chinese for creating a course that allowed Schleck and Cancelara to be fighting it out at the finish. If you look at that final group, there was a lot of proven classics talent. Should we think Andy Schleck is a potential classics winner?
