The weld joining the top tube and the seat tube of my Ti frame , (just under the seatpost collar) has a crack in it. It's spreading, on both sides very quickly. The frame is a Colnago Titanio circa 1999/2000. Is that something that can be repaired?? Warranty?? Sh.t out of luck??
