I’m planning a 5 day tour over Labor Day from Durango to Poncha Springs starting August 30. Because it is a quick tour with big climbs and my friend does not live at altitude, I’d like to do it without camping. The problem is I can’t find a hotel room in Telluride on Sunday (August 31).
Right now, my two options are to bring the camping gear or delay the trip for a day. I’d love to stick to the original plan if possible. If anybody has a friend who would put us up for a night it would be a huge help.
