Calculated front drop

On a serotta fit sheet what does calculated front drop mean if it does not mean the difference in height from top of seat to top of handlebars?

It's the vertical difference between the horizontal axle line and a horizontal line passing through the center of the BB. On most bikes the front and rear drop are the same but on bikes with different sized wheels front and rear the drop will differ.

Is there anywhere on the fit sheet does it refer to the difference in height from seat to handlebars?
