I just took a job in Philly and I'm not sure if I want to ship my bikes across the country. Would prefer local (Portland) but can ship professionally and my timeframe is short (2 weeks) so please PM me. Sorry if I forgot anything.

I remember that bike...very nice. Appx. $75 to ship to Philly or Ray's house. You'll need the discs out there as you avoid the Philly potholes.

I have corporate shipping so in fact it's $20 shipped via FedEx. But it's the shipping of the bike combined with moving everything else -3 bedrooms, 2 dogs and 1 wife (oh my.)

We are flying into Philly and then staying in a hotel until we find a place to lease so we are REALLY reducing our possessions to make it easier.

thanks.

Also,

it would help give me some perspective if you PM me what you think this bike should cost if you were in the market for a bike like this (is there a market for a bike like this?).

I recognize that bikes are always a depreciating asset but at the same time, given the newness of the bike, I don't want to lose a ton of money either.

thanks for any input you may have.

By far the best Poprad that I have seen. Hard to put a price on that bike since the market value of the frame is probably less than the crankset. I can understand lightening the travel load (moved cross country myself in 2004), but financially, your best bet is to keep it. There is just no way to recoup much of what you have put into it. Again, great looking bike.

That bike will be etched on my mind forever. I sought and bought a poprad disc after seeing yours.

The pot holes arn't that bad..... OH CRAP..... I have to rebuild my wheel again.

Send the bike to my place.... you can pick it up when you want. I live 1 mile out side of the city close to a septa station.

I don't think the sale is going to work out. I have asked a friend for a favor and asked him to hang on to it until I find at place out in Philly.

Thanks to all who shows interest.
