Please help ID this BB

Hi-

I'm trying to clear out misc older parts and came across this titanium(?) BB. It came off a cool Stowe TT bike. The bike was also built with hubs from Hi-E, don't know if this is also. Its 112mm long, English thread, sealed bearing. Seems ahead of it time...

Anyone seen something like this? Anyone need something like this?

It looks just like one I saw at a friends in Tempe, AZ, that was also a mystery to both of us.

It looks like a Sampson Stratics Titanium BB that I had mounted in my TT bike. I don't recall the numbers on the spindle, but the machining looks the same.
