If you live somewhere around Park City, Utah keep your eyes on the local pawn shops. The only functioning 2009 Campy Super Record 11 speed grupo in the United States was on loan to Cannondale for their annual sales meeting. It was stolen. It was the only bike stolen. I asked my Cannondale rep if they searched the bags as everybody left. It's probably sitting in a pawn shop where the guy looked at it and said "That there is a Cannondale, they're expensive. This must be worth $400"

Happy hunting, Utahans!

It will probably show up in a local Cat 5 race.

Or, even more strange, with a homeless guy riding it with the bars rotated up!

Just put it on a rotation among your forum pals. We'll all keep it quiet and no one will be the wiser.

That is what you risk when you lock something like that up in a van pasted with huge logos begging for turds to peep inside. Sucks! For what it is worth, I rode Super Record 11 on a new Roubaix at the Specialized dealer event this week and though it will be a bitter pill to swallow aesthetically and 11 speeds is pretty dumb...........the stuff is awesome! The hood is still very comfy, there is just more of it to love. The mouse ear shifts in a path that is more natural, moving back towards you instead of straight up and down so my thumb did not have to reach so far through a big shift. The shifts are super smooth. Much more quiet at the deraileur and less stiff at the shifter. If you can get over the looks and the price you will likely love this stuff. That said, the new dura-ace is best they have done by leaps and bounds. The front shifting is so positive, even under load uphill that i was amazed. It just pops smoothly into place with nary a complaint. Very nice stuff.
