How does Columbus Neuron (as in a newer Cinelli frame) compare to Columbus of various types in older frames?

It is more important the design and how tubing (size, etc) is used, then the type of tubing. Two bikes can have same tubing and ride entirely different.
Tires, wheels, seat, fork, stem, etc all make up the "ride". With today's tubing, I do not know a bad one. Columbus from older frames (unless rust has set in) are all good. Many off us are still riding bikes from the 90s and before.

I had a Guerciotti Neuron-tubed bike and I thought the tubing worked nice on this bike.
