My wife decided that she wanted to bike commute this morning. It was her first time to do this so I was excited and quickly put into place the route and plan. While it was a simple ride in all reality, I felt like I was planning an attack on Everest. Don't want the first experience to be a bad one ya know.
Anyhow, we woke up and got on our way. The morning air was cool for down here. It was a real treat to not feel any humidity. 90% of the ride was on bike paths and lanes which was nice.
We stopped at a coffee shop across from her office and enjoyed some coffee before I headed out to do some more riding and toward my work day.
I have to say, sitting there sipping some java with my wife before work was pretty sweet. I felt like we were cheating reality in a way. :D
