Look 585

Anybody have experience with the Look 585 e.g. ride quality, comfort, etc. Thanks.

Look makes a top notch frame. 585, 595, and even the 565 are very good.

Miss my 585/595.

Great frame, well made, well loved, a little too flexible for sprinters, but I like the lightness, comfort and balance of the frame.

I've owned 15 frames in the last 24 seasons. I'm into my third season on a 585 and it's one of my favorites so far.

You can get the Ultra model if more stiffness is desired. Even though I only weigh 135, I couldn't resist trying the Ultra model and picked up a 51cm from Excel Sports for $2200. It should arrive tomorrow or Monday. I haven't decided how soon I'll build it up.

I don't know about the 585, but I LOVE my (cheaper) 555
