Roll-y Pol-y 27c tire fit question

Anyone know if the Roll-y Pol-y 27c tire will fit in a Serotta Legend ST with F3 carbon fork? I tried a Bontrager 27c tire and it fits but you know how these mfg tire sizes are all slightly different. Also, those rubber pubic hairs (I'm sure there's a proper technical term) that come on new tires hit the F3 fork but I'm sure I can always cut those off.

I also plan on putting these Roll-y Pol-y tires on an American Classic 350 rim. I assume it will work on these narrow rims.

The rims are not a problem although I don't think they will work with the frame/fork.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge of the frame/fork will pipe in.
