Or, should I say Re-Hydration: How much water do you drink after a ride? Lately, I have been drinking 2-3 BIG glasses of water post-ride...and I drink plenty during my rides. Seems to help with recovery...

I can never hydrate enough. Ever. I drink before, after and during. And I always wish I could drink more.

I love Nuun, at least I know that with all that drinking I'm replenishing some of them salts.

I drink water until my urine runs almost clear, then I cut back but don't stop.
If my calves are twitching, I take Succeed or Endurolytes with the water.
