Best bike to haul stuff with?

A few months ago, someone (fixed I think) posted this article about a sweet bike that had an extended wheelbase and a platform to hold packages and stuff on. I thought it was either a Soma or a Surly, but I can't seem to find it online anywhere.

I tried searching the forum, but fixed has so many damn posts that I cant get through 'em. :)

Anyways...anyone know the name of the sweet bike I am looking for?
