i am wanting to put Honjo 35mm fenders & 27mm ruffy tuffy's on a 99 Atlanta w/ steel fork.

will this work or am i high on the pot?

I have a '96 CSI with steel fork and this would NOT work on my bike. The biggest tires I can use are Ruffy Tuffy's and no fenders would fit through the fork with these tires. If you buy those brake-bridge reach-around things that a bike shop in Portland sells, and cut your fenders, you could rig something up.
