Found this picture of an Aero carbon "future model" on the Chronometro site - tour of the factory.

Note the horizontal dropouts so that the rear wheel can be tucked into the frame.

Should be very interesting to see the final construction and the cost.

a drill and an adjustable wrench.......less tools are required to build metal frames that's for sure. :D
