and stayed in the 52 ring for almost the whole ride using the cog with about the same gear inches. Cadence was off a little-we still have a long way to go, but the speed came up a full 1 mph. I think it would have been even better but I heard a noise. Cassette loosened again. I will change the lock ring and the last cog. Before you tell me about torque etc. I just had the hub rebuilt and tested by person who wrote the book on this set-up and he put the cassette on, so it is time for a change.
