Did you get a job in Austin as a messenger and have to have crazy colored rims?

Remember the day-glo, neon Treks and Centurions of the 80s?
Your yellow wheels will look just as hideous.

Unless, you have some sort of bumble bee thing going on.

With a yellow frame, I'd go for basic silver rims and spokes.

BBD is my hero! Will be doing one of those combinations I asked about or all black, no silver on this except the IF head tube badge...and I'm considering getting that painted black, too!

I can be a pretty blingy-type guy when I want to but these are a little over top.....even for the bling side of me!!!!! Bet my 11 year old granddaughter would love some of these babies!

No, I'm just looking for conservative old yellow!

. . . and get a search foing for Spinergy Spox wheels. They had several different colors available, including yellow. You'll see lots of single wheels advertised because their spokes kept breaking and people got disgusted with the customer service trying to get them fixed. So they sell the remaining wheel.

...that gives me a look at the "look" of what yellow spokes look like built up. NOT doing SSpox wheels but will begin looking for GOOD yellow spokes to lace up to the black Phil Wood hubs I'm going to use....any help with a source would be appreciated! . . . and get a search foing for Spinergy Spox wheels. Thanks for the heads up on these, at least they are providing me with a chance to view wheels with yellow spokes...BUT, these won't work as MY wheels because I will need 120 spacing in the rear....so as a yellow-spoked example they were great to look at, thanks, now help me find GOOD yellow spokes, too!!!!!!www.topolinotech.com

Nobody sells yellow spokes. You will need to find a good powdercoater that can coat some for you. The reason I say good is because you need a guy that can put the powder on thin enough but not chip off easily. Check these out http://www.flickr.com/photos/ligerowheels/2569618420/

Maybe. They list them on their site but whether the spokes are actually instock is questionable.
