I'm now the proud owner of a 2002 Fina Estampa. Unfortunately, it has some rather severe paint bubbling /corrosion on the top tube around the cable guides. Although this will be a second bike, I need to address the paint so that it doesn't worsen. Any advice on repairing it myself? Could I sand down the damaged area and touch it up? How? The alternative of course is to have the bike fully repainted. Thanks in advance.
