Biggest I've run were 28's and there was room to spare. I suspect that 32's would probable fit too.

it often depends on the fork--700x25 is tight in an F1.

I like Rivendell Roly-Poly and the Ruffy-Tuffy tires that measure 27.5 on my Open Pros. Conti UltraGatorskins 700x28 measure 27mm on the same rims. I hear good things about Gran Bois 700x30 but I have never even seen them.

Is the geo on the atlanta the same as a Colorado? If so, 25 is the largest I've been able to fit, some tires vary by actual width some 28's if they run small may fit.

I just tested a new Ritchey knobbie 700X32 (Speed Max I think) in the stock Atlanta steel fork and it rubs top and sides. I would hazard a guess that 28's are tops, possibly a 30.
