I am phone phobic and need some help

I have an order with Total Cycling in Ireland. How do I call them. I can barely dial a US area code much less international. I think I dial 011 353 and the # but I know others have used them and people dial other countries but I have never done so. Embarassed but thanx

Dial: 011 (Int'l. access code) 44 0 28 7181 2426 Sometimes, not all the time depending on area in Ireland, drop the 0 after the 44 country code.

I do business in Belfast and drop the 0.
