would like to see photos of custom threadless stems, spacers built into steerer clamp

Not quite what you're looking for but this might give you an idea if you can visualize the stem/spacer extending lower to a length that you may be thinking of. It's a custom Seven Ti stem with a 15MM Ti spacer of the same diameter.
