I loaned a crappy bike to my neighbor who in turn decided to do tri's and race and bought an Orbea.....So this morning....bloated old me saw him in his kit and I joined him.
@#%&! I caught 3 green lights in a row after the 31 mph descent from my house and for the first 3 miles I was on fire. Then we passed the old Essex County State Hospital and I slowed to look at it.....Amazing structure soon to be park land of 90 acres...... I slowed to 8 MPH on the bigger hills and finally left the big ring....and felt it....but slowed down enough to breathe and there is life in the old heart.....and flow in the lungs.
And it was Awesome
