View Full Version : Am I making a mistake, or help me justify my actions
Spring didn't so much spring as crept out and I started riding outside with regularity. For the last six or seven weeks I've been managing to get out 5 days a week, averaging about 120 minutes a day and my big (ha!) days have been about 180 minutes.
I find myself in front of the computer this morning thinking "Aw, shucks, four days this week'll be fine. You're going to start kicking 120-135 minutes weekday mornings and 250-300 weekend mornings. You're moving up to six day weeks. Take a down week and use it to launch."
Can I skip an extra day? Will I grow blubberous and slow if I miss today? Tell me it's OK.

It's ok. Go ahead and take a day off porky.
:p :D
It's good to let your body heal and rest for a day...just so long as you get back to it. Have fun and relax.

It's 39 degrees and drizzling here this morning; I'm sure it's not much better over at your place.
Look where I am too!
Should be a nice sunny weekend and you can make up for it then.

Are you kidding me?
I'd love to get in one of your "rest" weeks...it's much more than I can do now.
